Renting and renting

If the ad is published, any eligible person who meets the landlord's requirements and rental conditions can rent the vehicle.

Rental conditions:

• Rental cost is 5% (from the purchase account).
• District commission from each party to the contract is ?%. The % value is set by the current district mayor (from the purchase account).
• Insurance contribution is 10% of the vehicle's value (from the purchase account).

The costs of maintaining the vehicle are not regulated by the "Rental" section – this remains the responsibility of the users.

When a vehicle is rented, a contract is created between the landlord and the tenant. This contract is available in the rental history.

The contract can be terminated at any time by either party.

Exception: the contract cannot be terminated while the tenant is performing an order.

The contract provides information on performance results, the number of orders, income, and daily statistics.

In case of non-fulfillment of the conditions specified in the contract:

1. minimum daily income
2. minimum rental period
3. minimum % of completed orders

Here is an example of a table with calculations so that you can correctly calculate your profit from an order.

Suppose the order price is 10 THM, and the district tax is 10%. According to the terms of the contract, the Owner receives 40% of the price, and the Tenant 60%

Please take into account the values in this table when calculating the minimum daily income specified in your rental contract. The daily income includes the amount of the Owner and the Tenant. That is 8.3 THM
