To earn ore by mining into your passenger account, get a job at a mining company.
Getting a job in a mining company
You can get a job in a mining company in several ways. Open the page of your bulldozer, and on the "Info" tab, click the "Find Job" button at the bottom of the page.
Select the mining company that suits you from the list of companies with open vacancies and click the "Apply" button.
Alternatively, you can go directly to the specific company page from the list of all mining companies, open the "Staff" tab, click the "Company Vacancies" link, and click the "Apply" button next to the vacancy (the button will be available if the company has an active vacancy).
Then choose which bulldozer you want to employ in this company using the dropdown list.
If the automatic hiring option is activated for this vacancy, congratulations — you have a new job in a mining company. If this option is disabled, the company owner will receive a notification of your application, and will hire you (or reject your application) after some time.
By completing orders for the mining company, you mine ore for the company’s warehouse. The owner of the company sells the ore from the company’s warehouse on the exchange. As a result, the company receives real money into its account, and the employees receive salaries in their passenger accounts — according to their contribution to the amount of ore mined.
As the mining company levels up, the owner can advance it to the next level. This will allow the company to mine more expensive ore and hire bulldozers corresponding to that ore, as well as hire more employees.
On the main page of the mining company, you can learn about the bonuses the company has researched, view the buildings the company has, and find out the most important information about the company.
Communicate with other company employees using the negotiation room available in the "Chat" tab. Stay updated with the company’s news through the "News" tab. Review the list of company employees and their bulldozer fleet, as well as the company vacancies through the "Staff" tab.
